OVERVIEW
We call it “Active English” (AE) as it makes you want to talk and live a fuller life in Australia! “ General English is designed to focus on the development of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for basic everyday use. The primary focus is to equip students with enough English to live in an English-speaking country. There are four levels in this course. Students may enter the course from the Elementary level and move up to the Pre-intermediate and the Intermediate level and finish at the Upper Intermediate level.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES
➊ Term Excursion: End of every term is marked with an excursion. Students get to unwind and enjoy the last day of the term by visiting one of the many tourist spots in and around Sydney with their friends!
➋ Fortnightly “Where am I”: Every fortnight students will take a progress assessment in the class. The tests are small and cover the four skills: Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking.

Levels
Elementary
Pre-Intermediate
Intermediate (At the completion of this level underage students can enter Onsung Pathway high schools)
Upper Intermediate (At the completion of this level students can enter EAP 1 or English for Theology Level 1 at Onsung College)
Certificate of Completion
At the end of the enrolled course when a student achieves 60% overall academic score and more than 80% of attendance, the student is entitled to receive a Certificate of Completion.
Pathway Option
At the completion of Upper Intermediate level students are eligible to enter English for Academic Purposes or English for Theology Courses
