Australian Onsung International College Korean language course is designed to improve Korean communication skills in a short period of time. There are different levels to choose from and the method we use is based on the function centred syllabus, which facilitates vocabulary building and grammar.

Level 1: Introduction to Korean
This level is also known as ‘survival Korean’ as it covers the basic Korean language and culture. When you complete this level you will be able to read and write simple Korean texts, introduce yourself and others and express basic daily needs.

To enter this course you will need to have completed Introduction to Korean level or pass an interview.This level will provide a sound foundation for reading and writing in Korean as well as the ability to use daily basic language with confidence.

End of the course outing
Depending on the level and the course learning outcomes students will get the opportunity to experience Korean culture outside of the classroom environment. For example, going to a Korean restaurant or watching a Korean film etc. The cost for the outing is not included in the course fee.
